My name is Kieran Billen I’m 18 from London, UK.

In the UK bodybuilding isn’t that big but I want to change all that. I stumbled across bodybuilding by accident, going to the gym and just working every muscle till I was sore. It wasn’t until I realised how well my body responded that I decided to take up bodybuilding.

I’ve always loved the gym even when I first started I remember getting that crazy feeling of power just by gripping a dumbbell.
